The Alumni database needs updating, and if you know the addresses of your friends who have graduated please send this link to them or input the information for them.
NEWSLETTERS and MEMBERSHIP
Mailings of our newsletter to members of the association were sent out three times in 2015 and we are planning on doing the same in 2016. The first newsletter will be sent out in June with a request for membership dues. The second newsletter will be sent in September for dinner reservations, (to people who have paid their dues ), and the last newsletter will be sent out in November after the dinner.
Graduates are requested to keep the alumni association aware of your address changes. We have a very accurate database of nearly 2000 graduates and would like to keep it current, with your help.
The 2016 Alumni dinner will be held at the Acra Manor Hotel on Saturday October 8. Acra Manor has provided a nice facility and excellent services for the past two years.
The Alumni Association always needs volunteers to serve in Officer positions such as first, second and third vice-presidents, who later become the President of the Association. If you have any interest in filling these positions please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . These positions are not full time jobs but do require some effort throughout the year. If you can spare some time your Alumni Association can use your help.
