The meeting was called to order at 7:07 p.m. by the Board President, Teri Martin.
Ms. Martin led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.
The purpose of this meeting is to award bids for the 2005 Capital Project and other school business.
RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and after being reviewed by the Internal Claims Auditor, the Board approves the issuance of Check # 34905 in the amount of $1,627.00 for payment on motion by A. J. Savasta and seconded by Drew Shuster.

RESOLVED, that the School Board go into executive session at 7:08 p.m. to discuss the financial, credit, and employment history of and other matters leading to the potential appointment of 9 corporations.

RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and the District Construction Manager, that the contract for General Construction on the 2005 Capital Project is hereby awarded to F.E Jones Construction, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, at a total price of $7,619,100 (inclusive of the add or deduct alternates as presented under separate cover) and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the President of the Board of Education is hereby authorized to execute such contract for the District on motion by A. J. Savasta and seconded by Jacqueline Maier.

RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and the District Construction Manager, that the contract for Masonry Construction on the 2005 Capital Project is hereby awarded to ConMas, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, at a total price of $1,900,000 (inclusive of the add or deduct alternates as presented under separate cover) and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the President of the Board of Education is hereby authorized to execute such contract for the District on motion by William Haltermann and seconded by Drew Shuster.

RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and the District Construction Manager, that the contract for Window Construction on the 2005 Capital Project is hereby awarded to Johnson-Howard Associates, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, at a total price of $607,705 (inclusive of the add or deduct alternates as presented under separate cover) and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the President of the Board of Education is hereby authorized to execute such contract for the District on motion by Jacqueline Maier and seconded by A. J. Savasta.

RESOLVED, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and the District Construction Manager, that the contract for Mechanical Construction on the 2005 Capital Project is hereby awarded to DiGesare Mechanical Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, at a total price of $1,835,400 (inclusive of the add or deduct alternates as presented under separate cover) and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the President of the Board of Education is hereby authorized to execute such contract for the District on motion by Drew Shuster and seconded by Jacqueline Maier.

J. Savasta and seconded by Drew Shuster.

Warren, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder, at a total price of $913,000 (inclusive of the add or deduct alternates as presented under separate cover) and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the President of the Board of Education is hereby authorized to execute such contract for the District on motion by A. J. Savasta and seconded by Jacqueline Maier.
